Who hates Monday mornings, alarm clocks and sometimes homework
Who what to go back to Vietnam and visit her relatives
Who wishes she could meet any of my favorite pop stars
Who is scared of spiders (There yucky)
Who dreams of being a famous Fencer
Who is determined to make all A’s in school
Who values friends, and family ( Except Anh, my little annoying sister)
Who is proud of being herself
Who graduates from preschool and elementary
Who lives in St. Louis MO

Reflection

I was always a curious girl since I was little and a very sick one too. Sometimes my curiosity would get me in trouble but I never thought it would lead to this. I’ve never been outside, not because of my sickness.  It's because of my face, I was "not normal" as my mom would say. I would always find the answer to everything I asked myself except one question. I wonder what was behind the door? I just had to do it, I had to go outside to say hi to the passing girls but when they saw me they screamed. It was a rainy day and I saw a puddle I looked down and saw my reflection for the first time ever.

The Author Mai loves to read, shop, and organize if she is not too busy with violin, fencing or homework. She would love to visit Dubai, London, Paris, Purto Rico, and Tokyo. She would love to try gelato from Italy, macaroons from Paris, creamy, cheesy udon noodles from Toronto, Butter Beer from Hogwarts and a cotton candy burrito from Las Vegas. Her dream schools are Standford or Hardvard but Hogwarts would be nice too. She would like to try Harry Potter's invisibility cloak, the Timer Turner that Hermione used, and many more. She can not live without her phone, family, friends, and sugar to keep her going.
